3. User Accounts and Registration

To use TrackWork, you must create an account...

  • Maintaining the confidentiality...
  • All activities that occur under your account
  • Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access

You must be at least 13 years old...

Account deletion & retention: You can delete your TrackWork account in-app any time (Settings → Danger Zone → Delete Account). When you do:
  • Workspace owners permanently remove their workspace, clients, sessions, requests, and payments.
  • Invitees remove their login and personal info while counterparties keep anonymized records (shown as “Deleted client/provider”) for legitimate bookkeeping.
  • Aggregated analytics and anonymized labels may remain so we can meet legal, tax, and product-reporting obligations.
  • Once deletion completes you are immediately signed out and may reuse your email to create a new TrackWork account.

4. Pricing and Payment Terms

Current Status: TrackWork is currently free to use...

We reserve the right to introduce paid plans...

  • Existing users will receive at least 30 days' advance notice
  • Option to continue using or discontinue
  • Pricing details and payment terms will be communicated
  • Continued use constitutes acceptance

5. User Conduct and Prohibited Activities

You agree not to use TrackWork to:

  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations
  • Infringe on the rights of others
  • Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access
  • Upload viruses, malware, or other malicious code
  • Use the Service for illegal, harmful, or abusive purposes
  • Reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code

6. Data Accuracy and Responsibility

Users are solely responsible for the accuracy...

  • Work session start and stop times
  • Hourly rates and payment amounts
  • Client information
  • Work descriptions and notes

TrackWork is not responsible for disputes arising from inaccurate data entry...
